Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, personal checks and money orders. Orders paid for by personal check or money order will be held for 7 days from date of receipt before shipping.
- Shipping for all orders over $75 is free! For any orders under $75 the cost will be calculated by the shopping cart. You may choose from the carriers listed which way you would like your package shipped. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via the carrier of our choice.
- For customers who live in the Phoenix metro area that would like to pick up your order, please email us at email@example.com for scheduling.
- Please keep in mind that this is a family operated business. We strive to ship orders out within 1-3 days. At times life may get in the way. If this occurs we will post on the home page or send an email to you directly.
- Due to the nature of the products and their significant weight the following applies to all laundry detergents and cleaning products:
- Free Shipping coupons are not eligible on these products.
- Expedited shipping is not guaranteed on these products as some ship direct from our supplier.
- All sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
- All returns & exchanges must be in the original packaging, unopened, unwashed, and received within 30 days of the initial order date.
- All returns & exchanges must contain the original packing slip accompanied with a note as to why the item is being returned or exchanged.
- If return is found acceptable, you will receive a merchandise credit via email. If you prefer to have a credit to your visa or Paypal account, a 10% restocking fee will be subtracted.
- When making a return from an order that received free shipping which makes your order fall under the $75 minimum, the actual cost of shipping will be subtracted from your refund or store credit.
- GoGo Natural cannot be responsible for a return or exchange ‘lost in the mail’. Be sure to send packages with tracking or delivery confirmation.
