Layaway at GoGo Natural

Cloth diapers are a great way to save thousands of dollars over the use of disposables. The start-up costs can be a bit intimidating for some so we have started a layaway program for our customers.

What is Layaway you ask? Layaway is a convenient program we have set up to give you 3 months to pay for your cloth diaper order. To take advantage of our layaway program you may shop for ANY item in our store. Simply place all of the items you want to layaway in your shopping cart & proceed to checkout as usual. When asked if you have a discount number please enter: layaway in the box provided. This will automatically deduct 70% off of the total.

To begin your layaway we require a deposit of 30% to set aside you order, your shipping method of choice will be added to this initial payment.* After one month we will send you an invoice to pay the next 30% on your order. After 2 months have passed from your order date we will send you a request for the balance of your layaway. You have 3 months from the date of your initial order to pay for the layaway in full.

Cancellations
At the time of layaway we pull your order off the floor so it is unavailable to other customers. For this reason layaways that are cancelled will not receive a cash refund, only store credit will be issued for amount you have paid in original form of payment less a 30% restocking fee.

Please be sure to enter correct contact information, including a e-mail address that you check regularly when you initiate your layaway.

Unpaid Payments
Once we have sent a scheduled payment request we will give you a grace period of a few days to submit you payment. If payment is still not made we will cancel the layaway. Also, when the balance is not paid within 3 months from order date the layaway will automatically be cancelled & subject to our cancellation policy seen above.

*For local customers that would prefer to pick-up their orders please choose local Chandler pick-up during check-out. There is no charge for this option. For all other customers rates are automatically calculated for all 3 carriers: UPS, USPS, & FedEx.
