| When shopping for groceries I always tend to look for the bargain, pick up the generic store bought brand, but when it comes to fruits and vegetables I have found that there is great value in opting for Organic on 20 of my favorite fruits and vegetables. When recently listening to a naturopathic physician speak of the number of pesticides passed through children into their urine, I was shocked. It was recommended that I refer to the list of the most toxic fruits & vegetables & add them to my Organic produce list. We don’t know what exact ramifications these have, but many have been shown to increase allergies, eczema, cancer, and much more. If you have an organic budget let us recommend you place these 20 on your list: |

| This is a lengthy list & not necessarily cheap. If you can buy Organic, great, but if not there is still hope. Many pesticides still on the surface of these fruits may be washed off using an acid wash of household vinegar before slicing these up for eating.
